The Roma Road Estate will target a Green Star rating of at least five stars. The new buildings will feature the latest design innovations, including sustainable building materials and energy-efficient technologies. NZ Post is the first of these buildings to be constructed, with a new 17,700m2 design-build property solution.
6-8 Munroe Lane, Albany is a brand new 26,500m2 (GFA) commercial office development consisting of 1.5 levels of basement and 6 levels of A-grade commercial office space.
IEL were contracted by Precinct Properties to re-design and commission the lighting controls for level 9 of PWC Tower at Commercial to create a smart environment to suit the needs of the incoming tenant.
Intelligent Environments were contracted to provide the lighting control for the original building, and have also designed/commissioned the DALI systems for the tenancies within the building (including Google and Media Design School).
As part of an upgrade by Argosy to one of their tenanted buildings, improvements to the lighting system were required. IEL were contracted by Grammar Electrical to design and commission the lighting control system for the upgraded areas of the building.
This upgrade project was for Level 4 of the Reserve Bank at 2 The Terrace, Wellington. A DALI dimming system was required, but it also needed to be able to control switched 230V and 0-10v lighting, and integrate seamlessly with the AV control in some areas.
This project received “Highly Commended” in the prestigious international DALI Lighting Awards for 2021 (Awarded January 2022).
