Product Support

For support on individual products please click on product in our online shop. Below the main product description you will find a tab ‘support’ where specific user guides, installation instructions, product catalogues and the like can be downloaded or viewed online. With some products there may also be a ‘video’ tab where movie clips about the product or product range can be viewed. You can also send a query about the product via the ‘product enquiry’ tab.

We stock CommandFusion automation products and zencontrol DALI applications (no programming required) and zencontrol standalone sensors (non-DALI). We are the sole authorised New Zealand distributor for these products and they can only be supplied within country.

We also supply BACIX for customers overseas (available from Australian distributor). BACIX is a specialised unit developed by IEL and designed to integrate a RAPIX Lighting Control System with a BACnet enabled BMS.
