Board Rooms

Board roomsThe boardrooms of today are expected to accommodate a wide range of technological needs. Use varies from standard meetings with powerpoint presentations, or training seminars with more complex audio visual requirements to video conferencing or internet meetings. All are commonplace in today’s boardrooms.

Providing a control system that links together the various technologies makes the Boardroom much easier to use. Dynamic Labelling Technology for wall switches allows easy distinction between the “buttons” that operate various pre-set scenes.

For example: the push of one button labelled “presentation” starts a designated sequence of events e.g. the blinds close, the screen slides down, the lights dim down – all ready for the audio visual presentation to begin. A second button, “End”, operates the same sequence in reverse, as the room returns to its normal setting. Remote control can also be utilised if required.

When the room is vacated, occupancy sensors can ensure lights, audio visual equipment etc, revert to “off”.
